Aaron Mackee is the founder of Preshift Hospitality
Aaron spent 10 years in the Restaurant and Outdoor Recreation space before moving into the Hospitality Technology world. For the past 20 years, he has worked extensively both as a client and a vendor, and understands both sides of the relationship. He spent multiple stints at Squirrel Systems, managed two service providers and worked for two multi unit restaurant groups at JOEY and Cheddars Scratch Kitchen, as well as oversaw hospitality technology for the Vancouver Canucks and Aquilini group, including Top Table Restaurant group and 8 hotels across multiple flags.
He specializes in project and vendor management across the entirity of the hospitality IT stack including Point of Sale, Property Managment, Inventory Control, HRIS and Financial systems, Network Infrastructure, Security and Customer Relationship Management platforms.
